Shrimp In orange Sauce

20 Large Shrimp

2 Large Cloves Garlic (Chopped fine)
4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
3 tablespoons of orange juice
1/4 Cup Fresh  Parsley chopped
1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes, cut in half

Marinate the shrimp in mixture for one hour before cooking.

Heat a frying pan with oil on medium heat, add shrimp from marinade mixture.

Cook for 5 minutes  until the shrimp becomes slightly golden brown.

Add the cherry tomatoes and serve hot.

Serve over rice if desired.
